We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team at TEDxMelbourne.
The Social Media Manager's main goal is to manage and enhance our online presence across various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. This role requires a deep understanding of content management, scheduling, and strategy.
We’re recruiting for multiple individuals to share the load across channels.
The Marketing Team looks after the promotion of TEDxMelbourne, encouraging the community to attend our events (both physical and virtual) and engage with each other. We ensure the TED brand comes to life via interesting content, publicity, social media and brand partnerships.
This voluntary position entails a commitment of approximately 1-3 hours per week, which may increase during event periods.
You are a creative, detail-oriented individual with a passion for social media and digital marketing. You have a knack for creating engaging content and a deep understanding of social media trends and analytics.
